How should I store my Sylt?
Keep your Sylt jar closed and stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Always close the jar after use to help maintain the quality of the formula.

What skin types is Sylt suitable for?
Sylt is suitable for all skin types. Its carefully selected ingredients work together to hydrate, smooth, even and calm the appearance of the skin while supporting the skin barrier and enhancing its natural-looking glow.
Can I use Sylt if I have sensitive skin?
Sylt is formulated for all skin types. If your skin is particularly sensitive or reactive, we recommend performing a patch test before applying the product to your entire face.
When can I expect to see results?
Your skin can feel more hydrated, soft and comfortable from the first uses. With consistent use, Sylt is designed to help improve the appearance of smoothness, evenness, calmness and radiance over time.

How often should I use Sylt?
Sylt can be used morning and evening. Consistent use helps you get the most out of the formula and make Sylt a simple part of your everyday ritual.
Can I use Sylt under makeup?
Absolutely. Sylt has a nourishing yet comfortable texture that makes it easy to incorporate into your morning routine. Allow the cream to absorb into the skin before applying makeup.
Can I use Sylt with my other skincare products?
Yes! Sylt can easily be incorporated into your existing routine. Apply your lighter skincare products first, followed by Sylt as your moisturizing step. In the morning, always finish your routine with sunscreen.
Orders & delivery
How does payment work?
We offer cash on delivery across Lebanon. Your order will be delivered within approximately 3 days, and payment is made in cash upon delivery.
Can I return or exchange my Sylt?
Due to the nature of skincare products, and for hygiene and product-safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
If your Sylt arrives damaged, defective or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us your order details and clear photos of the product and its packaging, and our team will review the issue. If the damage is confirmed, we will make it right.
For unopened products, contact us within 7 days of delivery and before opening or using the product, and we will arrange a return.
